Induction and welcome to new volunteers to the the three Aryshire Association.
Magnum Leasure Centre Irvine. please arrive at 6:45pm for a 7;00pm Start. The evening will be delivered by the SFA team and will be an interesting, enlightening and helpful evening. full of tips and advice for new volunteers to youth football. Don't forget the Early Bird Registration Prize Draw. Register by the 15th and you could win two tickets for the Scotland V Northern Ireland game at hampden on 20th August.

SUNDAY 31st AUGUST is the date to note as the Transitional coaching day for our age twelves for the new season. This day will be included as part of your fixtures and is not an opt in or opt out. Full details have now been circulated to age twelve managers by e-mail.

Confirmed date for this processing meeting for all club officials is Wednesday 3rd September at the Claremont Hotel with a 7:00pm start. In attendance will be SYFA officials and CAYFA officials to assist with the form filling process for all officials. You will be required to produce:
1 Birth Certificate
2 Driving Licence
3 Passport
4 National Insurance Number
5 Current Utility Bill or Statement
or Bank Satement, or other
proof of current address.

6 Last 5 years address history
(including resident from dates)
7 A note of any previous

This is an open meeting and will be the first of probably two or three between now and Christmas to get all our officials processed through Disclosure Scotland, a pre requisite to involvement with youth football. Please diary the date and we would like as many as possible to attend. Full confirmation details will be e-mailed direct to all main e-mail recipients shortly.

Team Registration forms for season 2008 / 9 are now available for download from League Documents page. Early bird registrations are welcomed.
LEAGUE FEES FOR 2008 / 9 ARE AS FOLLOWS
AGE EIGHT, NINE, TEN AND ELEVEN AGE GROUPS
Payment between 1st and 31st August, fee will be £40 per team.
Payment made between 1st and 30th September, fee will be £60 per team
Thereafter, teams will be excluded from the Association
AGE TWELVE
Payment made between 1st and 31st August ,fee will be £70.
Payment made between 1st and 30th September fee, will be £90
Thereafter, teams will be excluded from the Association
AGE THIRTEENS
For entry applications made between 1st August and 15th August the fee will be £100.
No applications can be accepted after the 15th August
| | COACHES REGISTER |
We will be circulating a Coaches Register form to all teams. The main e-mail addressee will receive this and is asked to ensure its completion and return. The purpose is to establish a Register of courses attended by all coaches. There is a requirement under the Constitution of the SYFA that all people involved with youth football indertake to sit these courses within two years of their involvement starting. If the Association is successful in the application for grants under Awards for All, then in turn we will part fund attendance on these courses. Our intention is to have
100% of our members through level one by the end of season 2008 / 9 ,
85% through level two and
50% through level three .
Completion of the Register forms will allow us to see where we are starting from and and enable us to plan the number of courses we need to achieve our target numbers.
Your cooperation is appreciated. Gary Caldwell has been appointed Coach Register Administrator and will be compiling the register in the first instance.
